Neurodiversity-Inclusive Coaching Certification

This three-module certification program will prepare you to coach the client in front of you regardless of their neurotype. You will learn how to approach the International Coach Federation (ICF) Core Competencies through a neurodiversity-inclusive lens, equipping you to use one approach to coaching all your clients.

Certification will give you the skills and your clients the confidence to set you up for a successful career being of service to the full range of clients who seek you out.

Program Description

The following modules will be sequential and cumulative.

Module 1

• Self-paced module of videos, quizzes, and reflections
• Content taken largely from previous master classes
• 10 CCEs*

Module 2

• Interactive discussions, practice, reflections
• Deep-dives into principles of neurodiversity-inclusive coaching
• Coaching demos, drills, fishbowls
• 12 CCEs*, 1 of which will be ethics-focused

Module 3

• Heavy on practice and reflection with some content
• Group mentor coaching and supervision 
• Coaching triads outside of class time
• 18 CCEs*, 2 of which will be ethics-focused

*CCEs dependent on ICF evaluation once submitted

All together, the certification program should be 40 CCEs, at least 24 of which should be Core Competency CCEs, including 3 Ethics CCEs. By completing our certification, you’ll earn all the CCEs you need to renew your ICF credential.

We hope to have ICF approval for Module 1 in early- to mid-Q2. When it’s available, we’ll let you know, along with when you can expect to see Modules 2 and 3 offered and what you can expect in terms of pricing.
